How does it work

Q: Do i need to charge the batteries before using them?
A: Yes, you should charge the batteries fully before first using them.
Q: Why should I recharge my batteries at least every 90days (Li-ion) when I'm not using them ?
A: Because batteries naturally loose their charge over time, and also inorder to keep the
batteries in optimal condition and extend their life.
Q: Is your price reasonable ?

time , so plase don't only compare the price of our products with others .
Q: The hoverboard will be stolen easily ?
A: When you leave ourhoverboard , you lock it with controller , it will alarm as the car if others
try to touch it . This way can protect your scooter .
Q: Hoverboard can be drived on the difficult road and rainy day ?
A: Avoid obstacles and bump, slippery surfaces, such as gravel road and water surface. But we do
not suggest you to drive on rainy day ,because it is not so safe .
Q: Can children play this scooter?
A: Yes, but Children must be supervised by adults when riding the Wheel. And they had better
wear helmet, gloves, elbow guard and other protective gear for safety reasons.
Q: Is this conform with transportation regulations?
A: Self Balancing Scooter is a commuting machine instead of a transportation machine, please do
